Check out what’s new 👇

✨See Outstanding Compliance Documents in One Export✨

The Vendor Export includes a new Outstanding vendor documents tab, giving you one place to review open compliance documents like COIs and certified payroll across projects and vendors. See the document type, status, time period, project, and vendor, then sort and filter in Excel to quickly find what still needs attention.

To access: Vendors tab → three-dot menu in upper right →click Export vendor data

✨Manage Your Notary Journal in Siteline✨

You can now manage your Virginia-based notary in Siteline and export a journal of notarized document activity for easier recordkeeping and audits. The export includes details like the date and time of the act, document type, principal information, identity evidence, and fee—all in one Excel file.

If you’re in another state, the journal can still help you keep a record of notarized documents, but requirements may vary based on local laws.

To access: Company Name in upper right → Company Settings → scroll down to Notary → add or update your notary info, or select Export journal

✨See Where Payment Slows Down✨

How long does it actually take your customers to pay? The Time to Payment report lets you compare payment speed by customer, owner, PM, or office so you can spot patterns, identify delays, and focus your collections efforts where they can make the biggest difference.

✨Stay Ahead of Texas Lien Rights Deadlines✨

In Texas, protecting your lien rights can mean sending a notice for every month of unpaid work, not just one deadline at the end of the job. Lien Rights Management connects those requirements to your billing workflow: each time you submit a pay app, Siteline automatically creates a Notice to Owner milestone and deadline, so your team always knows what’s unpaid and what’s due next.

Our Texas guide walks through the full process, from monthly notices to filing a lien and what comes after.
