✨Lien Rights, Now in Siteline✨

Lien Rights Management is now available as an add-on to your Siteline account. Track deadlines, take guided action, and create and mail required notices—all alongside billing and collections.

✨Project Role Selection✨

You can now specify whether your company is acting as a Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Sub/Supplier to another sub on each project. Identifying where you sit in the project hierarchy helps apply the correct workflows and requirements based on your role.

To edit an existing project's role:

1. Go to a project and click the Settings in the project navigation bar.

2. Click Edit in the upper right.

3. Scroll down to the Working as field and select the desired role.

4. Click Save.

✅ You'll also be able to perform this action while setting a project up initially.

✨Project Category Setting✨

You can now classify each project as Private Commercial, Private Residential, or Public—separate from invoice type. This helps Siteline apply the right rules and reporting context, including clearly marking contracts in the Lien Rights Management tool when the applicable laws aren’t yet supported (currently Private Commercial only).

To edit an existing project's role:

1. Go to a project and click the Settings in the project navigation bar.

2. Click Edit in the upper right of the Contract section.

3. Scroll to Project category and make the appropriate selection. Then click Save in the upper right.

✅ You'll also be able to perform this action while setting a project up initially.

✨Vendors Report Export✨

You can now download a Vendors report from the three-dot menu in the Vendors module. The spreadsheet shows all unsigned lien waivers, plus project-level metrics like total amount waived and average time to return waivers—along with a vendor-level summary to help you spot trends and follow up faster.

To get the report:

1. Head to the Vendor module.

2. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right and then select Export vendor data in the dropdown. The spreadsheet will go into your downloads folder.

✨Custom “Reply To” for Pay Apps✨

Route GC replies to the right inbox from the start. You can now set a custom Reply To when submitting pay apps—and Siteline will remember it for future submissions on that contract.

To change the reply to email address for a pay app:

1. While in a pay app, click the Share for review button and then Submit draft to GC.

2. In the Submit draft dialog box, click the +Reply to button in the upper right.

3. A new field, Reply to, will appear allowing you to change what email address gets replies.

Bonus Suggestion: Some organizations may use a group email address so a reply is never missed due to someone being out of office.

✨Compliance Forms in Compliance Module + Lien Rights✨

You can now upload compliance forms to your Form Library and use them directly in both the Compliance module and Lien Rights workflows. Select a stored form, complete it inside Siteline, and track it alongside the related milestone—keeping required documents organized and consistent across projects.

To create new Compliance forms in the form library, follow these steps. You'll see Compliance as a new Form type option.

✨Stay Notified on All Signed Vendor Waivers✨

You can now subscribe to email notifications for every signed vendor lien waiver—even if someone else on your team requested it. This keeps accounting, compliance, and leadership in the loop without relying on handoffs.

To enable, go to Account Settings > General and turn on the subscription. Once you select the blue dial to on, click Save.
