Check out what’s new 👇

✨Map Your SOV Once—Skip Monthly Rework✨

If you current have to re-allocate SOV line items every time you sync invoices to your ERP, you no longer have to. The new Siteline ↔ ERP SOV Mapping Wizard lets you map Siteline SOV items to your ERP once—so future invoice syncs can bypass the allocation step—saving you time, reducing clicks, and keeping billing aligned month after month.

✨More Flexible Change Order Templates✨

You can now add multiple Change Order Request (COR) templates and Change Order Log templates to a contract during setup. When it’s time to generate forms or export PDFs, Siteline prompts you to choose the right template—so each change order or log is formatted exactly how that customer or project requires, without extra setup or rework.

✨Protect Your Right to Lien✨

Minimize the risk of losing your right to lien with Siteline’s new Lien Rights Tracking tool. It helps you stay ahead of deadlines and requirements so your payment rights stay protected from the start. We’re inviting pilot participants to get early access—join now to enjoy six months free and help shape the final product.

✨New ERP Integration: Quickbooks Online✨

Siteline now integrates with QuickBooks Online—joining our growing list of supported ERPs. If your team uses QBO, you can connect it with Siteline to keep project and billing data aligned without double entry. Just let your Customer Success Manager know, and they’ll help you get the integration set up.
