✨Catch Overbilling Before You Re-Sync to Your ERP✨

When re-syncing an invoice, Siteline now shows invoices already created in your ERP and flags billing discrepancies and potential overbilling before you create another one. These clearer warnings help your team catch duplicate billing and resolve issues before they create extra cleanup.

How to safely re-sync an invoice

  1. Start the re-sync. Open the pay app’s Invoice tab and click Re-sync invoice. Siteline will check your ERP for invoices that have already been created.

  2. Review any existing invoices. If Siteline finds an invoice in your ERP, you’ll see a warning that creating another could cause duplicate billing or overbilling. We recommend voiding the existing invoice in your ERP before continuing. To proceed anyway, click Create new invoice anyway.

  3. Check for billing issues. Review the invoice details before creating the new invoice. Values highlighted in red indicate potential overbilling that should be resolved in your ERP before you continue.

For Vista customers using JB Billing: Siteline also compares JB Previous Billed and A/R Previous Billed. Differences are highlighted in yellow so you can review amounts that may be pending in JB but not yet posted to A/R.
