August’s updates are stacked like a well-packed trailer—full of tools to make your life easier. Smarter contacts, smoother billing, sharper reporting, and everyday fixes that keep your projects and cash flow on track.

Check out what’s new 👇

Manage GC Contacts Across Modules

Siteline now makes GC contact management easier and more reliable. Anytime you add a GC contact—for billing, compliance, collections, change orders, or lien waivers—that contact is saved to the master GC list in your project settings. You always have one place to view, edit, or remove contacts.

Each module also remembers its own contacts. For example, if you edit recipients while submitting a pay app, billing saves that list for next time—while compliance, collections, and other modules keep their own lists. Your changes in one workflow won’t affect another.

This update means less re-entry, smarter defaults, and cleaner data. Add a contact once, reuse it across modules, and trust that the right people always get the right documents—without juggling spreadsheets.

Updated Mark-as-Paid Workflow

We’ve simplified how you mark invoices as paid in Siteline to save time and give you more flexibility.

Before:

  • Click Mark as Paid

  • If you had a lien waiver template, you had to sign an unconditional to complete the process

  • If you didn’t have a template, a dialog appeared to enter the payment amount

Now:

  • Click Mark as Paid

  • Enter payment details directly in the dialog

  • If you have a lien waiver template, you’ll still be prompted to sign an unconditional, but you can now skip it

This update makes it faster to record payments while still keeping lien waiver tracking available when you need it.

Reporting Enhancements

A/R Aging Report: Average Days to Get Paid by Project

The A/R Aging Report now shows the average days to get paid broken out project by project (calculated over the last 6 months). This makes it easier to compare jobs side by side—so you can quickly see which projects are collecting smoothly and which may need extra attention.

Where do I see this?

Go to Reports, then A/R aging, and you'll see this new column/field below:

Project Snapshot: Update Costs on Individual Cards

The Project Snapshot report now lets you update job costs directly on individual cards. You can:

  • Manually adjust costs on a project

  • Update from your ERP integration if one is connected

  • Clear costs when they no longer apply

Previously, you could only clear or update costs through invoices or imports. Now, you have more control and flexibility to keep project health data current without leaving Snapshot.

How do I do it?

Go to Reports, then Project Snapshot. From there click on any letter score, and the pop-up below will appear with the options to update:

Small but Mighty Improvements

We’ve made a series of behind-the-scenes updates to make Siteline smoother, smarter, and easier to use. Here are a few highlights:

  • Better pay app documentation: Additional backup attached to pay apps is now broken out in the table of contents for easier navigation.

  • Cleaner billing workflows: Project counts now display when filters are applied, invoices export with SOV line item group names, and pay apps show the original submission date.

  • Smoother lien waiver management: The Paid to Date status you set in one month now carries over automatically to the next month, so you don’t need to re-select it each cycle. Plus, when syncing to Textura, you can now pick which waivers to send with new checkboxes and type labels.

  • Acumatica integration enhancements: Added AP support and expanded tax handling for Acumatica.

  • More flexible syncs for Intacct: Change the Sage Intacct customer on a sync, recover from bulk sync failures, and re-import SOVs more easily.
