✨Custom Date Filters in Reports✨
The Overview, Billing, and A/R Aging reports now include flexible date pickers so you can view data by month, year-to-date, or any custom date range. You can even see aging values as of a specific day. These filters make it easier to track trends, compare time periods, and review historical performance right inside Siteline.
For Overview and Billing reports, here is how the date picker options look:

✨Lien Rights Tracking Pilot Now Open✨
Minimize the risk of losing your right to lien with Siteline’s new Lien Rights Tracking tool. It helps you stay ahead of key deadlines and requirements so you can protect your payment rights with confidence. We’re currently looking for pilot participants—join now to get six months free and help shape the final product.
✨Enhanced Security: Session Timeout Controls✨
You can now set how long users stay logged in after inactivity. When enabled, Siteline will show a “Stay logged in?” prompt before automatically logging users out for added security. It’s off by default so nothing changes unless you turn it on in Company Settings.
How to manage settings:
Click on your Company Dropdown in the upper right and then Company Settings.
2. Click Edit in the Company Settings.
3. Scroll to User session timeout (minutes) and either type in the desired timeout minutes or use the arrows.
4. Click Save in the upper right.
✨“Ready to Sign” Pay App Status✨
Siteline now includes a Ready to Sign status for pay apps; perfect for teams using the “Send to signer” workflow. Once forms are sent for signature, the pay app status automatically updates, making it easy to track which pay apps are awaiting signatures and filter them by status across projects.
To filter by pay apps ready to sign:
On the Billing page, select the Filters button.
2. Check the box under Pay App status heading labeled Ready to sign.
3. Click Apply Filters.
4. The remaining pay apps will be displayed with the Ready to sign status.
✨Dynamic Totals When Filtering Invoices✨
Now, when you search or filter line items on the Invoice page, the totals row updates automatically to reflect only the visible items making it easier to confirm subtotals on the fly. This applies to lump sum and unit price invoices (T&M/Quick Bills not included).
To use:
Head into an invoice: Billing screen, click on a project, select a Pay App, then select the Invoice tab.
2. Use the Search bar to begin searching/filtering and totals below will dynamically change to what is displayed on screen.
✨Vista Integration: Write Invoices to JB Billing✨
For customers using the Vista ERP integration, Siteline can now write invoices directly to the JB Progress Billing module in Vista. This keeps your billing aligned with how your accounting team manages projects.
To turn it on:
Go to Company Settings through the Company Name dropdown in the upper right of Siteline.
Scroll to the Vista section.
Toggle Write to JB Billing to “on.”
