How to complete a lien waiver request

The project name
The type of lien waiver requested
The waiver through date

Inside the email, you’ll see the same request details along with a blue Complete lien waiver button.
2. Click “Complete lien waiver”
The request will open in your internet browser. You’ll see the project, waiver type, through date, and requesting company. If you have multiple waivers waiting for you, they’ll appear in the panel on the left so you can work through each one.
From here, you have two options:
Select Sign digitally to complete the waiver online.
Select Print template and upload completed forms to complete the document separately and upload it when finished.
3. Complete the waiver
After selecting Sign digitally, the waiver will open with the fields you need to complete highlighted in light blue.
Click or tap each highlighted field to enter or update the requested information. When you reach the signature field, you can add your electronic signature directly to the form.
The blue guide button will help you move through the document:
Select Get Started.
Use Next Field to move to each required field. The number beside the button shows how many fields remain.
Once all required fields are complete, the button will change to Submit.
You can also use the download and print icons at the top of the page. To submit a completed version of the form instead:
And then select Upload in the upper-left corner.
4. Submit the completed waiver
Review the information, then select Submit in the upper-right corner.
That’s it. The completed waiver will be returned to the company that requested it, and you’ll receive an emailed copy for your records.
If you have additional waiver requests, select the next one from the left side of the page and repeat the same process.
