If your vendor has provided a completed lien waiver to you outside of Siteline, such as via email, you can manually upload their lien waiver. This is also useful for lien waivers from vendors who have opted out of digital signature collection on Siteline.

Step-by-step instructions
Ensure you setup your vendor lien waiver forms when you set up the project. This will allow you to proceed with the steps below.
Navigate to the
Vendorsmodule and select the relevant project from the list.In the
Lien Waiverstab, find the relevant month and the corresponding vendor in the list. If the vendor does not appear, clickAdd lien waiversand select the correct vendor from the drop-down list.Hover your cursor over the vendor’s name and additional buttons will appear to the right side of the window. Click the
Upload completedbutton.An upload dialog box will appear. Drag and drop or select the lien waiver file you wish to upload and complete the information requested in the dialog box.
Click
Uploadand the lien waiver will be uploaded to Siteline.You can then submit the lien waiver to your GC. Additional instructions can be found in the following article:
