Siteline uses AI to check if the correct form, amount, through date, and signer on your vendor-signed lien waivers is correct, and flags if there is any differences.

Note: Siteline uses a paid version of Google Gemini in this feature, and it does not add your lien waiver data to its external training models.

The vendor lien waiver validation is not turned on by default. To turn it on, go to your company settings, click Edit, and turn on the Validate vendor lien waivers option.

After your vendor signs the lien waiver and returns it to you, Siteline scans the document. If there are changes that need to be flagged, the status will be Needs Review rather than Signed.

If you hover over the lien waiver that needs review, you will see a Review button. When you click on it, we will show you the lien waiver you sent in the request, the waiver that was returned, and any potential issues we may have found.

You can Reject the lien waiver and request it again, or you can Approve the lien waiver if the changes were expected.
