There are a few ways to create new pay apps in Siteline: Creating them in bulk from the Billing homepage, individually on Billing homepage, or from within a specific project. You can create pay apps for previous months or for modified billing periods at any time if needed.

In the
Billingmodule, in the top right hand corner, click on the the three dots which will open a drop down toCreate pay apps for (this) month.
A new window will pop up and you can then select the projects you would like to create pay apps for (this) month.
You have now bulk created pay apps for the month!

In the
Billingmodule, open the project for which you’d like to create a new pay app.From the
Pay Appstab, clickAdd pay appnext to the corresponding month. Alternatively, you can clickAdd new pay appin the upper-right corner of the page.
If you are billing separately for progress and retention in the same month, you will need to go through steps 1-3 here for each pay app.
In the dialog that appears, select the appropriate pay app type (progress or retention-only) and enter the correct dates for the pay app. Then, click
Createin the lower-right corner of the dialog.
You will be taken to the
Overviewpage for the newly-created pay app. ClickStart billingto enter your billing values for this pay app. Happy billing!
Pre-Siteline Pay Apps
If you're adding a project to Siteline that already has some submitted pay apps, you can track the aging of uncollected pay apps and generate unconditional lien waivers once you've been paid. If you'd like to track all of your paperwork in one place, you can uploaded completed pay apps and mark them as paid.
The option to add pre-Siteline pay apps will appear if while creating the project you indicate how many previous pay apps exist. If needed, you can adjust this number in the project settings.
To add your pre-Siteline pay app information, click Add Pay App, complete the information in the dialogue, and upload your completed pay app.
You can also drag and drop your completed pay app file and complete the related information later. After you’ve been paid for any outstanding pay apps, you can mark it as paid and generate an unconditional lien waiver if needed.
