Keep track of all of your lien waiver requests with the Siteline lien waiver tracker.
When you click on the Vendors tab in Siteline, your homepage will be the tracker. You can sort the list of projects by project name or project number. All projects that are set up for lien waiver or other document collection will appear first on the list. Any projects that have not yet been set up with vendor requirements will be listed at the bottom of the table.
You can search for a project by name, job number or by GC. You can also filter the tracker by GC or by lien waiver type (conditional or unconditional).
To see the vendors associated with a project, click on the > icon to the left of the job number. Clicking on the name of the job will take you to the page where you can request lien waivers. Clicking on the name of the vendor will take you to the vendor’s detail page.
On the vendor detail page, you can add details and notes about the vendor, add contacts associated with the vendor, link the vendor to an integration, and see all projects associated with the vendor.
As vendors return lien waivers, the sum that has been waived to date, by waiver type, will be listed on the tracker.
When the list of vendors is visible, you can see the status of each lien waiver request, by vendor and by type. When you hover over the lien waiver status, you can see more information about the state of the lien waiver request, including when actions were taken, the amount of the lien waiver, and to whom the request was sent.
