Add a Lead PM to identify who is responsible for each project. If you have a question about a project, this makes it easy to know who to contact.
Filtering by Lead Project Manager
To filter by a specific person, use the "Lead PM" filter at the top of the screen, and find the PM you want to focus on (note: this is only available to Admins).
All users can also use the column header to sort by Lead PM alphabetically.
Adding a Lead Project Manager to a new project
When setting up a new project, go to the "Project team" step. Click the star to make a user the Lead PM. You may select more than one lead for each project if needed.
Adding or updating a Lead Project Manager on an existing project:
1. Click on the project you want to add the lead project manager to.
2. Click the "Settings" tab.
3. Scroll down to "Project Team" and click the "Manage" button.
4. A small window will pop up where you will be able to add the project manager or click the star next to a team member already on the project.
