Siteline + GCPay - Setup

Set up the GCPay integration for your company

Written by Bradley LaFave

Intended audience: accountant or billing lead. Setup happens entirely inside GCPay β€” no involvement from IT is required.

To set up your GCPay integration, you will need to add a new user to GCPay named Siteline Admin using the details below, then add that user to all relevant projects in GCPay.

This process is the same as adding a new colleague from your team to GCPay. The Siteline Admin user account you create to set up the integration does not require Administrator-level access.

Please refer to the documentation provided by GCPay for more on adding new users and setting up user permissions.

GCPay account setup details

  • Name: Siteline Admin

  • Phone number: (650) 360-1267

  • Email: [Provided by your Siteline CSM]

  • Permissions:

    • Default User (global setting)

    • Compliance Officer (global and project settings)

    • Lien Officer (global and project settings)

    • Editor (in some cases, this may need to be enabled in the project's settings)

Please ensure that all permissions listed above are enabled for the Siteline Admin user on each GCPay project to prevent errors with project setup and syncing. The Default User permission for this user account will automatically add them to new GCPay projects in the future.

Next steps

Inform your CSM once you've sent the account invitation using the information above to confirm that it has been received by our team, who will complete the process in Siteline. Your CSM will notify you when the setup and testing process is complete and the integration is ready for use.
