For Siteline customers using Vista, you can sync Change Order Requests (CORs) directly into your ERP. This keeps Siteline and Vista aligned on cost and contract data, so you can manage CORs in Siteline while keeping financial reporting accurate in Vista.

What Syncs to Vista

Siteline syncs CORs as Posted ACOs (Approved Change Orders) to Vista and includes:

  • Cost codes and cost types (validated against your Vista instance)

  • Pricing and cost estimate details (unit cost and total cost)

  • Contract value updates tied to the COR

  • Schedule-related fields, such as added days or revised completion dates (optional and entered at the ACO level)

This ensures consistency between your Siteline COR workflow and Vista’s financial reporting.

How It Works

    • Cost codes and cost types are pulled directly from Vista, ensuring valid data.

    • Add pricing, cost estimates, and any schedule-related details.

    • Once approved, the COR can be added to the SOV.

  1. Add line items to the SOV for the approved COR

    • Multiple related CORs can be linked together.

  2. Sync to Vista (in Siteline)

    • From the COR log, choose “Sync to Vista.” in the upper right

    • Siteline pushes the COR into Vista, mapped to the correct project and codes.

  3. Review in Vista

    • The COR appears in your Vista system with all synced details.

Example Workflow

  • A PM creates a COR in Siteline with cost code/type combinations pulled from Vista.

  • Multiple related CORs are linked together.

  • Once approved, the COR(s) are added to the SOV and synced.

  • Siteline pushes the COR(s) to Vista as an ACO, and the COR log updates.

  • Finance can then see the ACO in Vista, tied to cost and revenue reports—without any duplicate entry.
