Complete compliance documents

Written by Bradley LaFave

You can track any compliance requirement that the general contractor has for you in Siteline. These can be one time requirements or recurring requirements, like insurance, bonding paperwork, or daily logs.

Note: Compliance requirements related to vendors should be filled out in the Vendor module on Siteline. This would include documents like certificates of insurance for your vendors or lower-tiers and not for you.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. In the Compliance module, select a project that is not compliant. A non-compliant project will have a red icon in the Compliant column.

  2. Click on the document that is ready to be completed. For recurring documents, there might be multiple time periods that you will need to complete. In the screenshot below, there are 2 months that need to be completed for the “Safety Statement”.

  3. There are two ways that you can complete documents in Siteline:

    • Fill out on Siteline: similarly to how you fill out and sign pay apps, you will need to complete all fields and click Complete to finish it. Siteline will then turn this into a PDF that you can download.

    • Upload your completed form: fill out the compliance form and upload it to Siteline. Siteline accepts the following file formats: pdf, docx, jpg, png, csv, or xlsx.

  4. Once completed, you will see the file in Siteline. You can view it, download, and edit or delete it.
