Siteline makes it easy to change the billing dates or due date of a pay app. Note that only draft pay apps can be modified. If your pay app has been signed or submitted, please revert it to draft and the option to change the dates will appear.

Step-by-step instructions
From the
Billinghomepage, click the project for which you’d like to change a pay app’s dates.Find the pay app whose dates you would like to change. (You can only modify the dates for a draft pay app.)
Click the menu icon (the three vertical dots) to the right of the pay app and select
Update pay app dates.Edit the dates as needed, then click
Update. Note that if other pay apps exist on the project, Siteline may restrict the changes you can make to prevent overlapping billing periods.
