This page walks through how project and billing data flows between Acumatica and Siteline in practice.
Field names may vary slightly based on your Acumatica configuration and permissions.
Step 1: Start from a project in Acumatica
This is typically what a project looks like in Acumatica before importing into Siteline:
Step 2: Import the project into Siteline
To import a project:
Select New project on the Siteline homepage.
In the modal box that pops up, select the project type.
Select Acumatica as the ERP you want to import the project from.
Search for your desired project in the search bar.

Step 3: Import the Schedule of Values

Step 4: Prepare the invoice in Siteline and sync back to Acumatica
These screenshots show what an invoice looks like after updating billing in Siteline and before syncing over to Acumatica. To sync an invoice to Acumatica, click the Sync invoice to Acumatica button shown in the top right corner of the screenshot below:
