If you use Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 C, Foundation, Sage Intacct, Spectrum or Vista, you can use Siteline's integration with your ERP to pull your AP invoice information and complete your sworn statement and subcontractor affidavit forms, where appropriate.
Instructions
The sworn statement module is located at the bottom of the screen, within individual pay apps. It will appear on projects that have updated sworn statement forms associated with them.
If you've already added vendors to the project, you can manually choose which vendors will be included in the sworn statement. Click on the three dots next to the Update from [your ERP] button and click Add vendors.
Click Update from [your ERP]. The search will default to the last day of the pay app period, but you can change that date if needed.
You will see the invoice data associated with the vendors who have been added to the project. If there are some vendors with invoices in your ERP that have not yet been added to Siteline, you'll have the opportunity to add those vendors to Siteline and to the sworn statement module. If you'd like to exclude any of the invoices returned, click on the number in the Selected invoices column to adjust.
Check the boxes next to the vendors whose information you'd like to update for the sworn statement and click Update. The sworn statement table will be filled with your invoice data. If you hover over the timestamp, you can see the through-date of the invoices pulled from your ERP.
You can add commitments to your sworn statement from the vendor module. You can also add them from here by clicking the three dots next to the outstanding invoices column and clicking Adjust amounts. Here you can manually override the paid to date or outstanding invoice amounts, or add a commitment.
Updating your forms
To use this feature, your sworn statement or subcontractor affidavit forms will need to be updated so they can include data found in Siteline, rather than continuing to only have fields must be typed manually on each form. Reach out to [email protected] to get started updating your forms.
